Corridor Firm provides structural advisory services through review, determination, and engagement. Submission of information through this website does not create a client relationship, obligation, or agreement.
Engagement occurs only after review, written acceptance, execution of an agreement, and payment of any required invoice.
Advisory only
Corridor Firm provides advisory services only. Corridor Firm does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, brokerage, immigration, or regulatory filing services unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
No guarantees
No guarantee is made regarding business outcomes, revenue, market access, approval, placement, growth, investor response, partnership formation, trademark registration, or any other result.
Submissions
Submissions are reviewed to determine structural condition, market position, or readiness for movement. Not all submissions proceed to engagement. Corridor Firm may decline or hold any submission at its discretion.
Fees and payment
Fees are governed by written agreement and invoice. Work begins only after required agreement execution and payment terms are satisfied.
Field records and materials
Field records, briefs, templates, frameworks, notes, and advisory materials are provided for the client’s internal use within the context of the engagement. They may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or presented as independent advice without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corridor Firm’s liability is limited to fees paid for the applicable engagement. Corridor Firm is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative damages.
Intellectual property
All materials created by Corridor Firm, including briefs, field records, templates, advisory structures, and written frameworks, remain the intellectual property of Corridor Firm unless otherwise stated in writing.
Governing terms
Any engagement-specific agreement controls over general website language if there is a conflict.
